The inaugural Green Park Super Cup came to conclusion on Sunday at the Green Park Stadium in Mbarara with triumphs for Turf Today and Amka International Real Estates.
35+ Category Champions – Turf Today

Turf Today, also league winners claimed victory in the 35+ category with a hard fought 1-0 win over Mbarara Corporate Club (MCC) in the first of the two finals in what was a closely contested affair.
Man of the match, Ddembe scored the only goal of the game to ensure Turf Today won a league and Super Cup double.
Open Category Champions – Amka International Real Estates
Nathaniel Atamba led the assault as Amka International Real Estates denied Eddie Suits a double with a comfortable 4-0 win in the second final of the day.
Atamba, named man of the match scored one of the goals with Gift getting a brace while pressure from the champions saw Eddie Suits concede an own goal.
Bronze for TK Motors
TK Motors ended the campaign with Bronze Medals after beating Machete Boys 2-0 in the 3rd place play off in the open category.
The match’s Most Valuable Player (MVP, Lucky scored the opening goal of the game before Gibran sealed the victory.

This has been the inaugural competition of its kind and attracted over 29 teams combined in both categories.
The tournament attracted sponsorship led by host venue, The Green Park stadium, located along Ntare Road in Mbarara, Olive Pharmacy as the official medical partners, Mbarara Corporate Club, Coca Cola under Rwenzori Mineral Water as Hydration Partners, BC Real Estate and Grant Electricals.
