Sofiane Bayazid and Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo goals against Uganda Cranes in the TotalEnergies Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) have been nominated in the prestigious Goal of the Year category 2025.
Bayazid scored for Algeria in the 3-0 victory over Uganda at Mandela National stadium, Namboole in the opener for the Cranes after rounding off goalkeeper Joel Mutakubwa.

Ndlondlo then scored a stunner for the local Bafana Bafana side in a 3-3 draw with Uganda.
The diminutive midfield gem, currently featuring for Marumo Gallants scored from range weighing the ball over Gavin Kizito who had gone to the goal line with Mutakubwa out of goal.

The two will compete with 11 other goals scored in CAF competitions between 06 January 2025 and 15 October 2025, showcasing outstanding technique and big-moment finishes across the continent.
